Recently, I’ve asked to make candle with dried flowers in them. It’s a popular thing some candle makers do. They are pretty, but I won’t make them because the same candle type of candle that burned down a bunch of homes about 20 or 30 years ago. Those pretty flowers become kindling, like for a fire, if and of the dry flowers come near the wick of the candle. The little flame of the candle becomes a large one. This causes the wax to melt and intern burn faster and hotter. In some cases, causing a hot spot in the glass container breaking it. Depending on how the glass breaks, the wax can leak out of the container and if the dried flower comes with the wax, so does the fire.
