Refund and Returns Policy

To qualify:

To start, you have 30 days to qualify for refund or return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Used Items are not qualified for a return. Items must be in same condition that you received it. Return in the original packaging.

Replacement Policy: It’s unfortunate but these days fraud seems to be rapid.  Photographic proof of a damage product is required. NO picture showing damage, NO replacement.   The picture protects me from false claims of product damage when the product isn’t damage. Send the pictures to email:  cindysnnhp@gmail.com  in the subject line put damage product, include with your name and order #.

Second, Returns:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • For sanitary reasons skincare products cannot be returned or resold.
  • Used Items
  • items on sale
  • Gift cards

Additionally, the Return process:

Connect me at email: cindysnnhp@gmail.com. In the subject line put why you are contacting me. Also, Include with your name and order #.  

Insure, the product when shipping back to me. This way if the product is damage, you can get you money refunded. A tracking number should help find the lost product. If it doesn’t, the shipping company will cover your loses.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When I receive your product, I will inspect it. You will receive a email when I receive the item. The email you receive will let you know where we are at in the process. You will be notified if your refund has been approved. Allow 30 days for you refund to processed.

There is a $5 restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time to post your refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cindysnnhp@gmail.com. In the subject line put why you are contacting me. Also, Include with your name and order #.  

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Lastly, exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at cindysnnhp@gmail.com. In the subject line put why you need an exchange, include with your name and order #. If approved, I will let you know by email. Send your item to: Attention Cindy, 1384 Rainier Lane, Eagan, MN 55121.
