too political

I get into trouble because I’m told I’m too political. I wish it wasn’t necessary. Being political will hurt your business. Believe it or not, I’m not a democratic or a republican. I’m an American. I refuse to believe for me and my business to flourish, I need to make someone else fail. I remember when neighbors helped one another.  When a neighbor needed help due to a loss. Neighbors would come over with a casserole or dinner to help them out. When an elderly neighbor needed their grass mowed and someone would mow it for them. We had an extra coat or mittens; we gave them to someone that needed it. We gave away the extra food from our garden; we gave it to someone else. It didn’t necessarily need to extra. We just didn’t need it as much as someone else did. This wasn’t done out of pity. It was just the right thing to do. We once helped each other out. We looked for one another. We tried to pick one another up. Love thy neighbor. We actually practice it. That is what made America great! That’s the America I’m fighting for. Money, wealth, are great, but not at the cost of who I am.
