Pumpkin seeds

Put the pumpkin seeds in, rinse seeds with hot water. Boil sees in pot with lots and lots of salt until they all turn gray. Then place seeds on a cookie sheet in a signal layer. Cook at 350 degrees until it is back to the normal white color. Move seeds around on the cookie sheet occasionally to make sure the seeds get evenly cooked. Flip seeds from time to time. Take out and let cool. Remove the shell before eating. (Beware highly addictive.)
