Christmas Scents

What scent do you associate with Christmas? Is it the scent of pine that comes from the Christmas tree? OR the smell of mint from candy canes?  Is it the smell of a dish mom only makes for Christmas day?  I think of the smell of pine, or the smell of the mint candy canes.  What about you?
