Shipping Policies
Shipping prices are determined by weight of the product, and packaging and what method you ship by. Cindy’s natural & homemade products will refund shipping overages over $2. Media mail is for DVDs, magazines, and other paper products. Since Cindy’s natural & homemade products don’t sale these products, selecting media mail will put your order on hold until a different shipping method is chosen.
For products eligible for a return: Cindy’s natural & homemade products only accept returns within the first 30 days. The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Preferably, in its original packaging. There is a $5 restocking fee.
Replacement Policy: It’s unfortunate but these days fraud is rapid. Photographic proof of a damaged product is required. NO picture showing damage, NO replacement. This is to protect me from fraud, helps me to improve my packaging, and keeps my prices down. Send the pictures to email: cindysnnhp@gmail.com in the subject line put your name and invoice number.
Return Policy: You have 30 days to qualify for refund or return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Used Items are not qualified for a return. Items must be in same condition that you received it. Preferably, in its original packaging.
For sanitary reasons skincare products cannot be returned or resold.

Insure the product when shipping back to me. Insured products comes with a tracking number. A tracking number should help find the lost product. If it doesn’t, the shipping company will cover your loses. If the product is damage, you can get you money refunded. You pay for the shipping the product back to me.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When we receive your product, we will inspect it. You will receive a email when we receive the item. The email you receive will let you know where we are at in the process. You will be notified if your refund has been approved. Allow 30 days for you refund to processed. There is a $5 restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time to post your refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cindysnnhp@gmail.com. In the subject line put why you are contacting me. Also, Include with your name and order #.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
